Region Chorus Education Forms

Effective August 3, 2008, each Region #19 chorus in good standing may elect to have 3 visits from Regional
Faculty for FY2009 funded by the Region or apply for a GRANT of up to $200 for
coaching expenses.

If a chorus elects the coaching
grant option:
-
It is a one-time grant of up to $200
for chorus coaching session(s) taking place between May 1, 2009 and April
30, 2010.
- Applies to coach's fees and expenses (submit receipts for all).
- Requires filing this application
after coaching is completed.
- If a chorus has already had one
or more Regional Faculty visits, or has one or more planned, it may elect to:
- continue faculty visits up to 3
for the year, or
- apply for a coaching grant of up
to:

$150 if one faculty visit is completed,

$100 if two faculty visits are completed.
