Regional Faculty Chapter Visits

Regional Faculty Coordinator: Sharon Boyer

FACULTY BIOS
Faculty Skills Matrix

How many visits does my chapter receive?
  • Each fiscal year, chapters are eligible for three (3) funded visits from Regional Faculty. Chapters undergoing special circumstances, in revitalization, or as circumstances approved by the Education Coordinator (Lori Jo Whitehaus) are eligible for six (6) funded visits.
  • Regional Faculty visits for Long Range Planning are received two visits: one for the initial visit and one for the follow-up...essentially a two-fer!

What's the process?
  1. Using the Regional Faculty Visits Status Report (below), determine if you chapter has visits available.
  2. Using the Regional Faculty Directory and/or Guide (below), select the Regional Faculty Member based on your chapter's current needs.
  3. Coordinate the visit with the Regional Faculty Member.
  4. Once the visit has been completed, the Regional Faculty Member will submit her/his Regional Faculty Visitation Report (below) and expenses.
  5. The Chapter contact will submit the Chorus Coaching Visit Report (below).
  6. Once the Chorus Coaching Visit Report and Regional Faculty Visitation Report are submitted, the Regional Faculty Coordinator will submit the Faculty Member's expense reimbursement form and update the Regional Faculty Visits Status Report.

Regional Faculty Visit Forms:

  • Regional Faculty Guide - areas of expertise and contact information for Regional Faculty
  • Chorus Coaching Visit Report - to be completed by Chapter
  • Regional Faculty Visitation Report - to be completed by Regional Faculty conducting visit
